The second generation of bread improvers for par baked bread have a combination of process control and ingredients. Par Bake 3.1 is a dough conditioner that allows the bread to have a final bake of less than 3 minutes. This procedure reduces the baking time, eliminates crust shrinkage and shelling, and gives a better final color to the bread.
Products can be taken from the freezer and fully baked in less than 3 minutes
