Saf Pro® Freezer to Oven 4.1 is a clean label bread improver that has been formulated to improve freezer tolerance. Provides volume and optimizes shelf life of frozen dough.

Saf Pro Freezer to Oven 4.1 is recommended for various baked goods including:
• Laminated Doughs
Add directly to the flour at 3.0% of the total flour weight. Example:
– For 100 lb of flour, use 3 lb.
– For 20 kg flour, use 600 g.
• 50 lb (22.7 kg) bags
• 40 bags/pallet
- Store in cool, dry conditions in original packaging or in clean, covered container
- Recommended shelf life for unopened packages is 24 months from date of production or 3 months once opened
- Do not leave opened bags exposed
